I relocated to Canada from the UK back in 2007 and thought it high time I asked other Brits what living in the Vancouver area of BC meant to them. I set out to explore others' motivations for being here, what they loved about this part of the world, what frustrations they had and to share tips for others that are considering relocation. You'll find everyone's story in the blog

Apart from the motivation to connect with my expatriate community, I wanted an identifiable theme for this project. Brits in Vancouver was about travel, adventure, meeting new people and exploring different cultures. I decided to bring every participant together through the TARDIS and Dr. Who. The TV show is quintessentially British, crosses generations and meets all of the other criteria. It was a perfect choice. So here's Brits in Vancouver. Adventures in Time and Place.
